Cincinnati Tennis Foundation (CTF) is a non-profit organization That promotes tennis as a lifelong sport for everyone, regardless of their socio-economic background, age, or ability. After resurfacing the Withrow courts in 2021, we were excited to begin rebuilding tennis in this community.
