Major R. McNeil Scholarship Fund History:
The Major R. McNeil Scholarship Fund was founded in 2015 by the Withrow HS Class of 1984 to honor the work of their principal Major R. McNeil. Annually, a $500 scholarship is awarded to a Withrow High School graduate. A recent scholarship recipient is Kristian Young, Valedictorian, Class of 2017, (2019-2021). She receives her annual $500 Major R. McNeil Scholarship award through the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation.
